Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (.AUP.) outlines the standards and requirements for the use of services provided by Foundations Network & Data Services (.FNDS.). All clients, users, and visitors are expected to adhere to these guidelines to ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of our systems and services.

General Use Requirements

Users must conduct all activities in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner. FNDS services may not be used in any way that disrupts operations, compromises security, or interferes with other clients.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

System and Network Security

Users must not attempt to bypass security controls, scan networks, or probe systems without explicit authorization. FNDS reserves the right to investigate security incidents and take appropriate action.

Resource Usage

FNDS may impose reasonable limits on bandwidth, storage, or processing resources to maintain service quality for all clients. Excessive or abusive resource consumption may result in restrictions or service adjustments.

Compliance and Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in warnings, service suspension, or termination. FNDS reserves the right to take any necessary action to protect its systems, clients, and network integrity.

Policy Updates

FNDS may revise this Acceptable Use Policy as needed to reflect changes in technology, regulations, or service requirements. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
